When reporting problems, please include the following information:

  1. Your Registered Owner Name and Serial Number as stated in your registration data.
  2. Is the problem reproducible?  If so, how?
  3. What version of Windows are you using?
  4. What version of SynchroPass are you using (check it on the About dialog)?
  5. If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.
  6. Please start SynchroPass with /d switch, reproduce the problem and include contents of SynchroPass.log file.
